Fantastic Experience! The BEST customer experience here for sure. Great quality of shoes and sneakers as Skechers know for even there a clearance section that you can save from 30% to 70%. That’s a plus. Very nice place and good deals. Nice staff. Clean shop, well stocked too. Its a good footwear brand. one can find all kind of footwear in low price.

Very nice and helpful staff. I will be back for sure. Only problem and it is not their fault it was very hard to find any size in ladies sneakers
Prices are good. I Would have given it 5 stars but it seems like the employees are not looking to help out customers or understaff. Every time i go there i have to look for help and sometimes cant find anyone.
i was disappointed they didn’t have a particular pair of sneakers that I was looking for. however the staff was very helpful and eligible would definitely come again!
Great place to shop , sneakers to shoes in every size. Men women and children, they have a large variety. Prices are great . Usually they have buy 1 and 50 percent off 2nd pair. Happy trails
The associate Desire was extremely helpful. She was running the store on her own and did an fantastic job. She had patients and worked fast & efficient. I would come here again just because of her customer service! !
Fantastic Experience !! I have never purchased Skechers until now. I passed by the Throggs Neck store yesterday and was assisted by Desiree, a lovely young woman that made it fun to shop with and made suggestions as to what style footwear would be best for me as I have a wide foot. Though I came in to buy for myself, I decided to look at the women section. She asked who I had in mind, I told her, for my mother. She then started to show and advise which styles would be nice and liked the choices she made, it was great! I never felt pressured nor felt she was selling, rather informing me of how stylish, comfortable and how well made Skechers are. I had the intention of only buying one pair but purchased four pair of footwear. Desiree delivered a wonderful and memorable shopping experience, even suggested socks and care products. I hope the company appreciates and acknowledges her. She is an asset to the Skechers brand. THANK YOU DESIREE!! Hope your manager treated you to lunch as I suggested.
I had the best experience looking for sneakers the staff helped me tremendously. I wasn’t feeling well and they allowed me to sit and shop for me. Thanks to Breona, Desiree.C, and ivy who catered to me and making me feel comfortable. Will be sure to stop and purchase another pair in near future
Wholesale warehouse with a limited number of Sketchers items in certain departments. It sits conveniently off of Hutchinson River Parkway. The prices look to be discounted, and the sales team is helpful and professional.

I came here this past weekend with my aunt who’s elderly and needed shoes with good arch support. There was one woman by the door who was on her phone the entire time and did not move to help anyone for over 15 minutes. BUT there was another girl named Hailey and she was running up and down the entire store. She was at the cash register, on the floor, and in the back with no help. When I first came in she helped me with every single thing I needed for my aunt. She took her time, was sweet, and gave every single person she came in contact with the same exact energy. She was patient and was more than helpful. This was my first time coming here but I will definitely be back.
Sketchers, sketchers everyone come in and enjoy the great prices I personally love sketchers they are comfortable and reasonable. Cant complain ! And the helpful staff was even better
Just a big normal shoe chain store. But the employees were exceptionally friendly – I’ve been here twice and both times someone immediately greeted me from across the store. That was nice to see friendly employees.

The staff was very nice, they have plenty of sneakers to pick from and will assist in finding any size or style you want, also when you make a purchase they give you a nice bag.
