Management was fantastic with my online return. Associates weren’t very helpful. They do NOT carry a little Kids sizes only toddler and kids.
Nice store. Wish they had more of a selection of wedge sandals.
I had a complicated exchange and the manager jumped in quickly to show the clerk how to process. Both were efficient and pleasant!

Parking right in the front of the store is a plus, tooI need to say service is terrific. I was asked several times if I needed help. Had an associate assist me with the name of G . Very helpful and knowledgeable. She also showed much patience with others.
I bought a pair of sketchers for my dad who lives in Florida I live in New Jersey. I had them shipped to him. Unfortunately they did not fit him. I called and I was so fortunate to have JASIL answer the phone. I was so concerned that I bought the sneakers from New Jersey and had them shipped to my dad in Florida that I would have to bring them back here. She assured me I did not have to do that. She also went above and beyond had me email the receipt to her because my parents are elderly and my dad does not know how to email, she put it in her system and let her team know that my dad would be going there on Wednesday and they would be more than happy to help him. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this person is and how lucky you are to have her working in one of your stores. I can’t thank you enough Jasil I really appreciate everything you did for me. Besides being a great person she has a wonderful sense of humor. Everyone should have a Jasil working for them.
Jasil is personable and attentive to customers makingncertain they are satisfied with their purchase- even being certain they receive their receipt ao they have no issues if they need to make a return!

I shop at this particular Skechers outlet store because of the awesome customer service of the staff today and in my past visits to Skechers. Today Sara and Aracely were so helpful and motivated with helping find what I needed and went over and above for customer service. Their personalities complimented each other as they worked as a team while helping customers find what they needed by going above expectations. I would recommend them very highly as your star employees with their great service, effective communication and having their customers best interest at heart while really feeling they are committed for excellent customer service by taking their time to find what I needed. What I needed wasn’t in the store so they researched online and ordered the items for me to be delivered to my home. Well, happy employees who enjoy their job make happy returning customers!! I wish I remembered the other staffs names to compliment because each and every time I shop in the store each staff member and also the manager has had the same kind, caring, helpful attitude towards their customers. Always smiles on their faces.

So helpful…going to get one pair of shoes and purchased two…great customer service….will be back…..I love sketchers shoes. I work 8 hours a day, 40hrs a week in retail. My husband and I both do. We don’t go often but when we do we usually buy 4 pairs each. These usually last us at least 2 years.
Sara did a wonderful job of assisting me with buying two new pairs of shoes. She has a great way about her and very interactive. Her future should be bright in any endeavor.
Lots of shoes are available except the size 15 that I need. Guess it’s the outlet mall for me. Still, it’s a great place to shop.
Giselle was an awesome help and got me motivated to purchase more than originally planned
Excellent customer service at this location! Staff says hi when you walk in the store and also helps reach the right size when product is too high to reach. Nice selection, and can get item delivered directly to home if not in stock at the store.

The store manager (I didn’t catch her name, but she was working today and had curly hair) was the nicest human I’ve ever met! I have a condition that means I have two very different shoes and the store manager helped me get discounts and offered to help us next time, making us feel comfortable, not embarrassed, welcomed, and best of all – we left with 4 beautiful shoes!! I’ve never been so spoiled, so sweet!
Andrew was amazing and helped my ENTIRE family (7yrs youngest, 50 years oldest) get fitted into some amazing shoes. Took the time to help us all with a smile. Store was clean and fully stocked. Tons of deals! 👏

I went in today to get a new pair of shoes for work. I am a server so something comfy for long hours with support is needed! Sarah helped me out and was so freaking nice and a pleasure. She recommended another pair to try and they felt better than the others I’d gotten for years. She is very valuable to the store and knows her stuff! She should be recognized!

My experience with this store was unbelievable. I had an issue with them.sending the wrong width shoes and the manager to control of the situation and handled everything with such grace, dignity and kindness. The store was clean and refreshing to shop in. I am thankful for the amazing service that was given to me and I fully intend on visiting this store in the future. As far as the manager I would give her the highest recommendation on service and professionalism. Thank you for all you did.
The store is clean and well organized. The staff were all helpful but the store manager is wonderful. I enjoyed listening to her interaction with other customers and the employees. She is what customer should be. Good job and keep it up!!!
I visited The Skechers Outlet in Fort Myers for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I’m a recent very happy convert to Skechers having purchased my first two pairs at Sam’s Club a few months ago. I have terrible feet. I’ve worn custom orthopedic shoes since childhood and custom orthonics all of my adult life. That is until I discovered Skechers. With an set of OTC inserts my feet are more comfortable than ever. I’m wearing my Skechers with the blessings of my orthopedic surgeon’s blessings and for the first time in my life my feet no longer hurt. Now, on to the store. They have a wonderful selection and a very helpful staff. Every clerk went out of their way to assist me and other customers. The staff knows their product, which was so refreshing. I’ve now shopped there 3 times and sent several friends. I want one pair of almost every style and color. My only minor criticism is they have a limited supply of dressier men’s shoes. Unfortunately, there were a few I liked, but not available in my size. But, I’ll keep trying.
Shoes and apparel. Good location and very well organized. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Prices were average and weren’t very low, but the selection was huge. There are lots of free parking and is visible from the main road.
Stopped in to pick up some ordered shoes and was advised by management that the ordered shoes had a price drop. She helped us out to get the same shoes at the best price and was quick and efficient. She’s a superstar!
The girls at the counter were EXTREMELY helpful! Jasil & Mari went above and beyond in a professional and warm manner. Will be returning just because of these ladies assistance.
Just went to sketchers in Fort Myers and had a great experience! Christie (not sure I spelled her name correctly) was wonderful! She was very pleasant, helpful and informative! The store was clean and organized as well. We will be back!
Great Outlet Store – the evening cust.svc. girl who helped us was very nice. Luv the CLEARANCE RACKS and your bogo deals. Skechers are the ONLY comfortable and cool daily footwear. I have a membership & a range of colors Thanx.

I’m a manager at Dollar tree and I just had a long day, got off work and desperately needed some good durable, comfortable work shoes ASAP! And Victoria was amazing! She helped me get down several different sizes and her customer service is exceptional! I work in retail so I know! I will definitely be coming back with my family. All 5 of my family members purchased several pairs of shoes at this location. They have a great selection of wide sizes for both men and women.
Sales person Victoria was the BEST!!Great selection, a large number of shoes on 50% off. Great deals available, good place for shoes, but the boots stink. Bought a pair of hiking boots in late April only wear them for one place I hike, boots are supposed to be waterproof wet from grass soaks my feet. The rivets for the laces have snapped and ties pulled out. Worst pair of boots and wore them less than 10 times.
Managers on duty were very professional. Cashiers very helpful. Great selection. Clean parking lot.

I came here because I’m pregnant and my feet are killing my back. I was greeted by the manager, who is the nicest manager I have personally ever experienced. She not only showed me the best shoes that help with pain, but also helped me check out and was so professional the entire time. I’ve never had this level of kindness in a store before and I left one of the happiest customers ever. Thank you guys so much!
